Manager Manufacturing (12hr PM)

Role: Manufacturing Manager overseeing 12-hour PM shift in an Amgen biotech production facility, ensuring cGMP compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities: manage all aspects of a small or section of a larger manufacturing area, supervise staff, develop and maintain SOPs, ensure adherence to regulations including FDA interactions, coordinate equipment maintenance and process validation, and optimize production processes. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years, Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech; prior leadership experience managing teams or projects is required. Preferred skills: background in Science, Engineering, or Business; strong managerial and regulatory knowledge; capabilities in CAPA, non-conformance, project management, and team building.
