Preferred skills encompass 2+ years of direct management, 4+ years of utility operations in regulated environments (biotech/pharma), and expertise in electro-mechanical systems, maintenance management, and compliance in highly regulated settings. High-value biopharma specifics involve supporting a new multi-product, digitalized, and sustainable biomanufacturing site, emphasizing utilities, cGMP standards, and regulatory compliance.
