Responsibilities encompass talent recruitment and coaching, strategic business planning, training on care settings and payers, and ensuring compliance with Teva policies. Key tasks involve analyzing trends, executing marketing strategies, and collaborating across sales, marketing, and market access teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of first-line pharma sales management and 5+ years of specialty pharma sales, preferably in psychiatric therapeutic areas and LTC settings. Experience in promoting psychiatric products, managing key relationships, understanding reimbursement and LTC regulations, and strong communication skills are required. Preferred skills include expertise in payer dynamics, buy-and-bill strategies, and extensive LTC knowledge.
