Manager, Long Term Care (Psychiatry Sales) — Long Term Care (LTC) team responsibilities include representing psychiatry products within LTC facilities, LTC corporations, behavioral health organizations, and associated HCPs; building and leading a regional team of 7–9 LTC Associate Account Managers; delivering national results in a compliant and ethical manner; analyzing trends; planning and executing business activities using aligned objectives, analytics, and available resources; and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Identify, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent for the LTC account team
- Develop and coach regional expertise (settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities) and execute marketing/call plan strategy
- Provide coaching/counseling/oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategy
- Develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed regional goals
- Coach/train on different LTC settings of care to identify business opportunities
- Coordinate efforts across sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, brand marketing, market access, sales operations, and training
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and operate with integrity
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and implement plans
- Support Associate Account Managers in the field for 90+ days per year

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years first-line pharmaceutical sales management experience (strongly preferred)
- 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years in Long Term Care (strongly preferred)
- Record of achieving goals; building/coaching/developing sales teams
- Psychiatric therapeutic area experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience promoting psychiatric products across multiple settings of care (strongly preferred)
- Experience managing relationships with KOLs, LTC professional/advocacy groups, LTC facilities, local/regional payers, and LTC pharmacies

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (Required/Preferred)
- Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies across relevant settings of business (CMHC, specialty pharmacy, LTC)
- Strong payer dynamics knowledge; Part A & Part D access; LTC profitability parameters
- In-depth knowledge of LTC regulations impacting medication use/disease management and resident flow/care
- Understanding of buy-and-bill, reimbursement coverage, and pull-through across settings of care (LTC facilities, CHMCs, hospital selling, private practice)
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills; time management; organizational and planning skills
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Travel/Physical
- ~50% travel (may include weekend and overnight)
- Sit for extended periods at workstation/mobile equipment
- PPE as needed on site visits

Compensation & Incentives (as stated)
- Annual starting salary: $151,120–188,900
- Eligible for the company’s sales incentive plan based on achievement of defined sales targets
