Operations
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects/programs to enhance supply chain efficiency (continuous improvement, global freight tenders, SAP logistics operating model optimization).
- Develop performance metrics for internal teams and external partners; standardize MBR/QBRs.
- Monitor/analyze supply chain metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee adoption of technology for supply chain visibility and data analytics.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, BTS, and finance to address supply chain challenges, including expedited and assessorial freight costs.
- Design and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for supply chain management.
- Facilitate change management and communicate strategic priorities.
- Support executive leadership with supply chain performance insights and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (business or supply chain preferred); MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistics planning, distribution/transportation operations, and project management.
- Broad business perspective and knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes.
- Experience delivering solutions via and managing outsourced partners (4PLs/LLPs a plus).
- Deep knowledge of SAP, SAP TM, and BN4L (plus).
- Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills (critical).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in supply chain software and data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership across cross-organizational teams and geographies.
- Experience with strategy development, logistics network design, strategic modeling, change management, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and financial systems; regulatory/QA knowledge desirable.
