Manager, LIMS

Role: Manager, LIMS at Veracyte, overseeing the administration and continuous improvement of laboratory information systems supporting regulated clinical diagnostics. Responsibilities include leading a team responsible for LIMS support, configuration, validation, and integration; ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and data integrity standards; managing system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor relationships; and driving automation and process efficiencies to support diagnostic testing workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Life Sciences or related, with 7+ years supporting LIMS in regulated labs; 3+ years leading technical teams; experience leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, and integrations; strong knowledge of laboratory operations, data management, and validation practices; excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred: Advanced degree in scientific or technical discipline; experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics, oncology testing, or IVD environments; familiarity with laboratory automation and digital transformation; experience supporting multi-site labs.
