Role: Manager, Training Operations

Responsibilities:
- Lead development and maintenance of project scope, timelines, and deliverables for moderately complex LCoE learning projects.
- Partner and advise on project requirements/specifications using learning techniques and learning technologies.
- Track, analyze, and optimize project timelines and status from kickoff to completion; provide status updates via email and Operations meetings.
- Lead project meetings to surface risks to timelines/delivery dates and drive resource decision-making.
- Resolve issues using strong stakeholder and relationship skills.
- Design and implement a robust content maintenance plan for LCoE assets (training materials, Academy pages, onboarding guides).
- Partner with C3 to refine collaboration with Ops and streamline deployment processes.
- Drive Operations process improvements; document and implement as needed.
- Identify automation opportunities for routine tasks; design solutions in O365 and manage development.
- Identify opportunities for AI in Learning Operations and apply pragmatically.
- Ensure improvements are scalable to the Enterprise level.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years in development and management of Learning solutions.
- 3 years Pharma experience preferred.
- Advanced degree may substitute for years of experience (e.g., Masters + 5 years relevant experience).

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on Learning Technology expertise.
- O365, Power Apps, SharePoint design/development.
- LMS technical knowledge and experience.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Strong Copilot and Claude skills.
