Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Animal Science, or Management; 8–10 years of management experience; 10+ years in the biomedical industry, with animal handling and production experience preferred. Skills include site operations management, P&L accountability, analytical and conflict resolution abilities, and excellent communication. Preferred: Advanced studies in engineering or business. Work setup: On-site with approximately 25% travel. The role is critical in supporting growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational excellence in a regulated research environment.
