Manager, IT Security Engineering, IAM

Role: Lead IAM Governance and Control in a biopharma setting, focusing on enterprise identity and access management processes. Responsibilities: oversee IAM control effectiveness, including role-based access control (RBAC), identity lifecycle management, and access certification programs; ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory requirements; manage IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt); lead vendor performance and onboarding; partner with Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders to enhance IAM controls and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in IT or Information Security; deep experience in IAM governance, certification, RBAC, and platform management; familiarity with regulatory-driven controls in pharma or biotech; hands-on with directory services and application integrations. Preferred: experience in life sciences environments, modern IAM architectures, and supporting audits. High-Value: enterprise IAM controls, GxP/regulatory compliance, vendor management, cloud platform integration, and operational leadership in complex hybrid environments.
