Manager, IT Commercial and Medical Affairs Applications

Role: Manager, IT Commercial & Medical Applications, supporting delivery and optimization of Commercial and Medical technology solutions in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: lead hands-on activities for application requirements (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), document processes, manage change initiatives, identify automation opportunities, support system integrations, and ensure compliance with FDA, SOX, and GDPR. Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, IT, and vendors. Requirements: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field; 5+ years in IT/business systems analysis or project management; 3+ years with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Veeva; experience supporting regulated environments, automation, and AI tools is preferred.
