Manager - IT Applications Lab Systems

Role: IT Applications Manager — Lab Systems overseeing lifecycle development, maintenance, and compliance of laboratory software across QC, Chemistry, Micro, and Virology labs. Objectives: ensure validated, compliant, and audit-ready benchtop and instrument systems, supporting regulatory and operational needs. Responsibilities: lead and develop the Lab Systems team, manage system administration, validation, change control, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues; collaborate with QA, IT, and lab teams to maintain compliance with cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards; contribute to strategic planning and budget management. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Science, Engineering, or related; 6+ years' relevant experience with 2+ years team management for Associate Manager, or 7+ years with 3+ years for Manager; knowledge of lab systems, validation, and regulatory compliance; preferred ITIL certification and experience with ServiceNow or Regulatory Asset Manager.
