Organizational Change Management Manager in Cybersecurity
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the adoption of BTS changes by providing in-depth change management expertise and direction.
- Implement and support change management activities using structured methodologies, process, and tools.
- Prepare actionable deliverables for sponsorship, people manager, communications, training, and resistance; coordinate with communications and training specialists.
- Determine change impact, assess organizational readiness, identify key stakeholders, and develop risk-mitigation strategies.
- Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for change management initiatives with BTS stakeholders.
- Define and measure success metrics; monitor progress; track adoption metrics; gather trends; report to the program team; adjust as needed.
- Create core change management plans using templates.
- Plan work, follow through, and develop alternate solutions when obstacles arise.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree + 7 years; or Masterโs + 6 years; or PhD + 2 years.
- Proficiency with change management methodologies, tools, and principles.
- Change management certification required.
- Experience in change management, communications, user experience, coaching, and training.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and implement iterative strategies.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to influence/negotiate to overcome resistance.
- Analytical problem-solving and risk assessment/mitigation.
