Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders to support quarterly earnings calls, investment conferences, internal meetings, roadshows, analyst days, and 1:1s.
- Create and maintain high-quality documents and presentation materials for earnings, conferences, roadshows, and other events.
- Support relationships with research analysts, debt holders, and institutional investors.
- Conduct analysis and research for the earnings call process (peer performance, operating results, industry trends).
- Oversee analysis of sell-side analyst models vs. internal forecasts.
- Coordinate with corporate communications, legal, marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and SEC-compliant financial disclosures.
- Contribute to day-to-day execution of the IR function.
- Assist with investor targeting strategies to grow and diversify the investor base across relevant sectors/geographies.
- Stay current on accounting and financial market regulation changes.
- Manage and enhance the company’s investor relations website section.
- Perform other IR-related projects as requested.

Qualifications:
- ~6 years of experience in corporate finance, buy- or sell-side analysis, or investor relations.
- Preferred healthcare industry experience (pharma/life sciences/biotech/medical devices/healthcare services).
- Knowledge of FactSet, Bloomberg, and Microsoft products.
- MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.

Pay: $125K–$170K base; eligible for annual bonus program or sales incentive plan.
