Responsibilities:
- Contribute to implementation of an investor relations (IR) program aligned with company strategy and goals.
- Develop messaging to educate the capital markets on corporate strategy, execution, opportunity set, and potential risks.
- Prepare and maintain core messaging materials (investor presentations, press releases, call scripts, Q&A documents).
- Monitor sell-side consensus; analyze equity research models and valuation frameworks.
- Track and provide feedback on shareholder base changes, investor sentiment, peer performance, and capital markets trends.
- Research and maintain a prioritized institutional investor target list; manage style profiling, prioritization, and CRM.
- Track investor interactions and prepare executive-level briefings for key events (conferences/roadshows, scientific/medical meetings, quarterly earnings).
- Manage relationships and workstreams with third-party service providers.
- Benchmark best-in-class IR strategies and tactics.
- Support digital IR strategy (IR website, investor-facing social channels, online financial data accuracy) consistent with approved messaging.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; 3+ yearsβ experience in investor relations or financial communications (life sciences preferred). MBA/advanced degree a plus.
- Experience with IR analytics platforms (e.g., Nasdaq IR Insight, FactSet/Irwin, AlphaSense).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work across functions and manage evolving priorities.
- Strong curiosity about biopharma science and investment thesis.
Location/Work Schedule:
- Lexington office; onsite presence five days per week.
Pay Range:
- $149,000 - $158,000 USD
