Manager, International Business

Role: Manager, International Business, supports OUS (outside US) activities within Sarepta's international operations. Focuses on planning, tracking, and executing global initiatives to ensure scalable, efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing international meetings, coordinating product and country launch plans, overseeing systems and reporting, and working closely with Global Access and Patient Services teams. Also involves vendor management, contract coordination, and ensuring compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field; 5+ years in pharma or healthcare; strong project coordination, leadership, and communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, fast-paced projects. Preferred qualifications include experience with international markets, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: emphasis on global (OUS) operations, product launches, strategic coordination with external partners, and compliance.
