Manager, International Business

The Manager, International Business provides infrastructure support for OUS (outside US) activities for the International Business Team. Supports planning, tracking, and execution of International Business initiatives to ensure efficient, scalable organization design and execution. Works cross-functionally to drive accountability and alignment, managing complex work streams in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage International Business meetings (agendas, minutes, action items and timely follow-up)
- Manage operational aspects (systems and reporting outputs)
- Maintain a tracking tool by product and OUS country to update stakeholders
- Create project plans for new product and OUS country launches; coordinate, execute, and integrate with partners
- Collaborate with Global Access and Patient Services teams
- Provide tactical oversight for external vendors, partners, and consultants on OUS efforts
- Coordinate contracting activities and track amendments/updates with procurement
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (general business, health sciences, public policy, or related)
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience

- Strong project coordination/administration
- Leadership and people management experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Team-oriented collaboration; ability to manage complexity (strategic and tactical)
