A Typical Day In The Role Might Look Like
- Support the development and execution of global communications programs that advance key corporate functions (HR, IT, etc.) and enterprise innovation/digital transformation.
- Serve as a trusted internal communications partner to G&A leaders; advise on communications approaches supporting enterprise priorities.
- Plan and coordinate key internal communications initiatives; apply project management and creative methods to inform, inspire, and engage employees.
- Draft compelling messaging (project briefs, key messages, talking points, FAQs, and other materials) aligned to company goals.
- Develop informative and creative approaches to communicate and engage employees about enterprise change initiatives (digital transformation, global expansion, culture storytelling, etc.).
- Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to support collaboration.
- Measure communications effectiveness and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve reach, clarity, and impact.
- Identify and implement opportunities to elevate strategic focus, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.

This Role Might Be For You If You
- Have experience planning/executing communications initiatives (storytelling and content management) for a global employee base.
- Understand change communication principles.
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; can simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Have knowledge/experience with employee communication channels and technologies (e.g., intranets, enterprise social platforms, email tools).
- Can manage multiple priorities/projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have exceptional project management skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a curiosity to learn.

To Be Considered You Must Have a
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Previous PR/communications agency and/or pharma/biotech experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in communications roles supporting corporate/business functions (HR, IT, etc.).
