Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and optimization of processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across Field Insights & Analytics squads and cross-functional teams.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements using Agile, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support development and deployment of field analytics projects with Insights & Decision Science Field Insights & Analytics pillars.
- Assist in portfolio GTM and field capability development initiatives.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure integrity across analytics platforms.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and innovation.
- Facilitate improvement workshops and contribute to root cause analyses.
- Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of continuous improvement practices within the team.
- Align operational priorities with IDS objectives; contribute to stakeholder communication plans.
- Provide analytical and operational support for Therapeutic Area-specific initiatives.
- Maintain documentation integrity across FIA repositories (SharePoint, Smart Sheets, JIRA).
Essential Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; Masterโs preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, analytics, or operations within pharma/healthcare (pharmaceutical industry experience required).
- Experience in data science and AI agents.
- Continuous improvement expertise (Lean, Six Sigma) and data analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; collaborative in a support capacity.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analytics tools.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in field insights, analytics, or commercial operations.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or data science certifications (plus).
