Role Responsibilities
- Inform strategic direction of integrated media campaigns by translating social & influencer trend forecasting insights into bold campaigns aligned to brand objectives, audience needs, and cultural moments.
- Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns: strategy development, influencer identification/vetting, activation, paid orchestration, and measurement.
- Contribute to social editorial calendars, content themes, and cultural/community opportunities supporting business goals and the consumer journey.
- Ensure paid advertising and social/influencer creative are synergistic; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to manage social editorial strategy, production/planning, and paid amplification integration.
- Understand consumer and HCP audience landscape in health/pharma; lead partnership operations with the media planning team to create synergies/amplification.
- Handle unique/complex social and influencer projects with comfort in ambiguity.
- Identify improvement opportunities and spearhead self-initiated projects using hands-on influencer marketing expertise.
- Recommend real-time response and long-term optimization for social/influencer campaigns.
- Promote adoption of social/influencer marketing best practices for data-informed decisions.
- Provide thought leadership connecting social/influencer trends to business impact.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (4+ years) or Master’s (2+ years) or PhD (0+ years) or Associate’s (8+ years) or High school + 10 years relevant experience.
- 4+ years hands-on experience in social media or influencer marketing in a complex matrix organization.
- Firsthand social strategy and influencer marketing experience (brand/agency/media).
- Strong project leadership/administrative skills; growth mindset.
- Analytics tools: e.g., Creator IQ, Sprinklr.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in matrix environments.
- Urgency + precision; strategic/creative problem solving; self-starter.
- Ability to visualize data patterns and tailor reports for executives.
- Values-based leadership; maturity/discretion.

Preferred Qualification
- Pharmaceutical influencer marketing experience.
