Job Overview

Lead and manage the site-wide industrial hygiene program. Conduct qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments for chemical, biological, and physical hazards. Develop exposure control plans, ensure compliance with regulations (OSHA, ACGIH, NIOSH, FDA), and evaluate engineering controls, administrative procedures, and PPE. Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Deliver safety and industrial hygiene training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3-5+ years of EHS experience
• 3+ years in industrial hygiene within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
