Requirements: BA/BS with 4+ years or advanced degrees with fewer years of experience; strong technical expertise in industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental compliance; knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations; excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office and EHS systems (e.g., Cority, Enablon). Preferred: master’s degree in science or engineering, professional certifications (e.g., CIH, CSP), experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments, and familiarity with AI tools for problem-solving. High-Value: supports Pfizer’s manufacturing operations in a 24/7 facility, with responsibilities spanning risk assessments, hazard analysis, regulatory liaison, and safety program implementation. Work setup: On-premise at Pfizer site, with support for occasional weekend or overnight shifts; relocation support available. Travel: limited, as needed.
