Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM)

Role: Manager of Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM) responsible for platform configuration, maintenance, and enhancements. Responsibilities: lead system setup, partner with Sales Ops, Finance, HR to implement technical solutions, manage data integration with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Oracle, Workday), oversee upgrades and deployment, ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance; monitor performance and vendor relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years managing Varicent ICM applications; 6+ years designing and implementing Varicent ICM, ELT, Composer, Reports, Dashboards, Workflow Configuration, Data Modeling, and Calculation Engine optimization. Preferred: Varicent Technical Specialist certification, 2+ years in Agile, 1+ year with Salesforce CRM and Territory Planning.
