Role: HR Business Partner for Lilly's new Houston greenfield manufacturing site, focusing on building organizational culture and aligning HR initiatives with site growth. Responsibilities: develop and implement people strategies, manage HR data and analytics, support talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development; drive culture and engagement; contribute to manufacturing HR projects and change management efforts; build relationships with employees and leaders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years in HR business partnership or HR support roles, authorized to work full-time in the U.S. Preferred: manufacturing site experience, strong communication, project management, change management skills, proficiency with Workday and MS Office, curiosity about emerging HR tech.
