Role: Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) at Alcon’s Fort Worth Campus, leading environmental and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: oversee ISO 14001 EMS, serve as Radiation and Laser Safety Officer, manage TSCA and TCEQ reporting, conduct governance and incident investigations, develop training, and foster stakeholder relationships.
