Manager HCP Marketing US

Role: Support US HCP marketing strategy for MoonLake's inflammatory disease therapies, focusing on brand promotion, launch readiness, and customer engagement. Responsibilities: develop and execute compliant omnichannel campaigns, manage promotional activities and agency deliverables, leverage market insights for optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years in biopharma commercial roles, preferably in immunology or dermatology markets; strong understanding of FDA promotional regulations; experience translating clinical data into value propositions; proven agency management and cross-functional partnership skills. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD). High-Value: focus on immunology and inflammatory diseases (hidradenitis suppurativa, psoriatic arthritis); pre-launch and launch phases; regulated promotional environment; experience with top-tier agencies and marketing budgets.
