Job Summary
- Support execution and operational excellence of key marketing initiatives across the HS (dermatology) portfolio, with a primary focus on HCP education, engagement, and launch readiness.
- Contribute to both branded and unbranded marketing efforts across speaker programs, non-personal promotion, and digital initiatives.
- Support marketing operations and launch support, including coordination of sampling programs and enabling efficient marketing execution.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of HCP-focused marketing initiatives (branded and unbranded education programs).
- Coordinate and execute speaker programs (logistics, material updates, alignment with strategy).
- Develop/refine promotional and educational materials aligned with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Plan and execute sampling programs in coordination with cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Compliance, Supply Chain).
- Develop and manage marketing operational processes, tools, and workflows.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support launch readiness and commercialization.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance marketing operational efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and Regulatory to support key initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on engagement strategies and program execution.
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) and omnichannel campaigns for HCP and/or consumer audiences.
- Coordinate digital, media, and content initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and incorporate insights to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related marketing/operations roles.
- Preferred: experience supporting marketing operations, project management, or launch activities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with external vendors/agencies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred/Plus: specialty pharma or dermatology experience.
