Manager, GMP Training

Role: Manager, GMP Training at a biopharma manufacturing site, responsible for leading and continuously improving the site-wide GMP training program, ensuring compliance and inspection readiness. Responsibilities include developing training curricula, managing eLMS implementation, supporting regulatory inspections, and collaborating across functions to enhance training effectiveness and compliance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Education, or related field with 5+ years of GMP training management in regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing; experience supporting regulatory audits and a strong knowledge of GMP and FDA expectations. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience managing training through organizational changes.
