Title: Manager, Global Supply Planning
Level: Manager
Reporting to the Director, Network Planning, the Manager, Global Supply Planning is responsible for supporting and managing the end-to-end (E2E) supply planning activities for Cabaletta Bio's cell and gene therapy supply chain, including clinical and commercial manufacturing support at CDMOs, internal production for product release material, and biorepository forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions.
- Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of manufacturing requirements with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management.
- Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.
- Maintain supply-related parameters and master data in planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes.
- Participate in design and implementation of a new ERP system.
- Translate KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks with CMC and VST.
- Identify and implement supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Sciences).
- 5–7 years supply chain experience with strong supply planning focus (autologous cell & gene therapy ideal).
- APICS or similar certification preferred.
- 2+ years’ ERP experience, preferably NetSuite.
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA), GMP manufacturing, and GMP storage requirements.
