Manager, Global Supply Planning

Role: Manager, Global Supply Planning at a biopharma focused on autologous cell and gene therapy, specifically supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing of investigational therapies like rese-cel for autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end supply planning, including 36-month forecasting, replenishment planning at CDMOs, and supply chain KPI development; support monthly S&OP and annual budgeting processes; maintain planning data and contribute to ERP system implementation; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; 5-7 years of supply chain experience, with preference for cell & gene therapy exposure; APICS or similar certification preferred; 2+ years ERP experience (preferably NetSuite); working knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA regulations.
