Title: Manager, Global Supply Planning
Responsibilities:
- Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions.
- Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements, coordinating with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management.
- Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.
- Maintain supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes.
- Participate in the design and implementation of a new ERP system.
- Translate KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST.
- Identify and implement key supply chain initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Sciences).
- 5–7 years of supply chain experience with strong supply planning focus (autologous cell & gene therapy experience ideal).
- APICS or similar certification preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
