Role: Manage end-to-end clinical supply planning for innovative medicines in development, ensuring supply chain coordination across CMC, clinical operations, and commercial manufacturing. Responsibilities: develop and oversee supply plans, forecast requirements, conduct risk mitigation, and lead scenario planning for portfolio of internal and external clinical projects; liaise with stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality, and Logistics; utilize supply models and software (e.g., SmartSignals) to monitor inventories, shipments, and supply/demand dynamics; manage global cross-border supply strategies, regulatory requirements, and stability programs. Requirements: Bachelorβs in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, or related field; 4+ years pharma/contract experience, with familiarity in GxP, GMP, GDP, GCP, and clinical supply chain management; proficiency in project management and supply software; strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Post-PharmD fellowship, MBA, experience with medical devices, and knowledge of IRT systems. High-Value: Focus on clinical development (pre-IND to Phase 3), global supply logistics, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership in biopharma.
