Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the financial performance management process for areas of responsibility (objective setting, budget vs. actuals), including the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) and forecast process.
- Proactively manage financial planning (budget/forecast) to provide forward-looking direction, develop scenarios, and identify risks/uncertainties with mitigation plans.
- Lead process improvement projects across the Finance organization.
- Provide financial direction and strategic insight to influence decisions and identify opportunities to invest, save costs, and mitigate risks globally.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure coherent financial analysis and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner within FP&A and with Global Financial Systems, Accounting, HR, and other functions to ensure ownership and management of deliverables and seamless Finance service delivery.
- Ensure financial integrity, corporate governance, and compliance for areas of responsibility.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to evaluate broad financial questions and support complex decisions.
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion or other multidimensional databases; BI and data visualization tools a plus.
- Strong business acumen and judgment; knowledge of markets/products and industry trends.
- Strong written/verbal communication and collaborative approach.
- Continuous improvement mindset; flexibility to adapt.
- High degree of ownership; understanding of Accounting and Finance principles.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative/analytical field.
- Typically 6 years of relevant financial experience (or equivalent education/experience).
- Track record of success in a team-based environment.
Benefits / Pay Range / Flex Designation:
- Pay range: $116,000 - $174,000. (Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.)
