Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)

Responsibilities:
- Compliantly educate HCP staff on Customer Support Programs while addressing patient-specific reimbursement and access needs.
- Build/maintain professional relationships with key account contacts in assigned geography.
- Coordinate compliantly with customer support services, specialty pharmacies, and field teams to support patient access.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of commercial and government reimbursement/access and payer market expertise.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, specialty pharmacies, and program personnel to navigate patient access/reimbursement.
- Solve complex patient access challenges across payers and specialty pharmacies.
- Educate HCP staff on prior authorization, coverage status, and payer appeals requirements, processes, and timelines.
- Train HCP staff on customer support programs for the supported portfolio.
- Improve customer experience by condensing complex issues into simple solutions.
- Educate office staff on patient financial assistance and alternate funding options for uninsured/underinsured patients.
- Leverage expertise to improve peersโ€™ competencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree required.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in one or more: Patient Navigation, Payer, Reimbursement, Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sales.

Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience working with customers via virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to manage expenses within allocated budgets.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Base pay range: $130Kโ€“$175K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive.
