Field Reimbursement managers act as the subject matter experts in compliantly educating healthcare provider (HCP) staff on Customer Support Programs while addressing patient-specific reimbursement and access needs. The FRM builds and maintains professional relationships with key account contacts in an assigned geography. FRMs must work seamlessly and compliantly in coordination with all customer support services, specialty pharmacies, and other field teams while supporting patient access. Field Reimbursement Managers are seen as strong individual contributors displaying leadership skills contributing to business impact with peers and customers.
The range of starting base pay for this role is $130K - $175K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
