Role Summary

Manager, Field Operations – CRM and Field Support. This position will manage field support initiatives including the management of the field CRM platform. As a member of the Field Operations team, the role will work closely with Field Measurement, Sales Administration, Incentive Compensation, and Master Data Management, as well as IT, Brand Teams, Commercial Services and Commercial Operations & Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, and key vendors to support the commercial team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills and a solid understanding of supporting field sales. The role requires strong documentation skills and the ability to execute details as well as summarize and communicate them to others. The role supports a hybrid working environment with about 60% of time in the office and 40% from home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage field support initiatives including management of the field CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with Field Operation Functions (Field Measurement, Sales Administration, Incentive Compensation, Master Data Management) and IT, Brand Teams, Commercial Services, Commercial Operations & Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and key vendors to support the commercial team.
  • Work on multiple projects in conjunction with normal daily activities and maintain strong documentation.
  • Identify and execute continuous process improvements related to field operations and CRM usage.
  • Summarize detailed information for stakeholders and communicate findings clearly across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
