Role: Manager of Field Operations & Analytics, focusing on optimizing field team effectiveness and operational excellence in a biopharma commercial setting. High-Value: Emphasis on sales force effectiveness, CRM system management (Veeva), and data analysis in a pharmaceutical context. The position is hybrid located in Warren, NJ, with 0-15% travel.
