Role: Manage external manufacturing operations for Immunomeโ€™s clinical-stage oncology pipeline, initially focusing on small molecule programs with potential expansion to other modalities. Objectives: ensure timely supply of clinical materials, oversee third-party manufacturing partners, and support supply chain integrity. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for CDMOs, lead cross-functional virtual management teams, monitor supplier performance via KPIs, facilitate technical reviews, and coordinate technology transfers and risk assessments. Also involved in contractual negotiations, budget tracking, and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's in biotech, biology, chemistry, or related field; 7+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing or supply chain, with hands-on experience in small molecule operations, CDMO collaboration, and cGMP compliance. Preferred: advanced degree and international travel up to 25%. High-Value: expertise in small molecule manufacturing, supply chain management, vendor oversight, technical documentation review, and cross-functional stakeholder communication within a regulated (GxP) environment. Role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to operate in a fast-paced setting. Work setup involves domestic and international travel, with flexible scheduling based on manufacturing needs.
