Manager - Exploratory Analysis (Hybrid)

Role: The Manager - Exploratory Analysis provides advanced statistical expertise to support drug discovery, biomarker research, and precision medicine initiatives, working across preclinical and clinical phases. Responsibilities: collaborate independently with discovery research, translational scientists, and clinicians to design, analyze, and report multidimensional biomarker data; develop biomarker analysis plans, ensure data integrity, and contribute to scientific publications; identify markers for target validation, patient stratification, and mechanisms of action, utilizing omics, imaging, and other biomarker data; evaluate software tools, propose statistical methodologies, and communicate findings clearly. Qualifications: MS with 6+ years or PhD with 2+ years in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related fields; experience in pharmaceutical research, clinical trials, or bioinformatics, with a focus on biomarkers preferred; strong technical skills in high-dimensional data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling; excellent communication and relationship-building skills. High-Value: supports early discovery through late-stage clinical biomarker studies in immunology, oncology, or neuroscience; involved in biomarker assay development, pharmacodynamic, prognostic, predictive analyses; experience with multi-omics, imaging, and translational science.
