Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field; 5-10 years of EHS compliance experience, including hazard communication, hazardous waste, and chemical hygiene; knowledge of federal, state (Texas), and local safety regulations; strong communication, organizational, and risk assessment skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: advanced degrees in environmental or occupational health, certifications such as CSP, CIH, or OSHA 30-hour, and experience in regulated manufacturing or life sciences. High-value: industry experience in manufacturing or highly regulated life sciences environments; focus on compliance, hazard management, and safety program implementation. Work setup: based in Dallas, TX; requires periodic travel, potential after-hours work, and emergency response. Physical demands include inspections and site tours, with ability to lift 30 lbs.
