Enterprise Field Tools Manager is responsible for acting as liaison between Business Stakeholders, BTS, Training, OEC, Legal, APEX COE, and Therapeutic Area in-field and in-house teams to oversee the design, deployment, training, communications, and management of field force tools (CRM, reporting dashboards, etc.) across AbbVie’s Enterprise teams.

Drives field force effectiveness through strategic partnership with business units to ensure call plans, field tools, and operations provide in-field teams with what they need to drive business in their markets.

Responsibilities:
- Business unit management: serve as SME/point of contact; support onboarding of new teams and new hires/transfers; lead coordinated in-field effectiveness initiatives with Therapeutic Areas and Infield Leadership.
- System management: design, test, and deploy field tool releases/enhancements; coordinate requirements with Therapeutic Areas, BTS, OEC, and Legal; develop/maintain business rules and ensure requirements documents are accurate; engage with leaders and field users on enhancements; provide Level 2 help desk support and root cause analysis; create processes/documentation for technical support and manage the Field Helpdesk knowledgebase.
- Project management: lead cross-functional rollouts with FPAT, Field Operations, Training, and Commercial BTS; develop integrated project plans; mitigate risks and manage competing priorities.
- Communications and training: develop communication/training plans for enhancements; facilitate new hire training (IFTC/AFTC) and support field meetings.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business/technical/health-related field.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (in-field activities preferred).
- 5+ years developing/deploying/managing IT systems, quality control procedures, and directing complex analytics.
- 5+ years implementing new technology systems/processes and/or project management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (incl. Excel advanced features for analysis, reports, macros, pivot tables, lookups).
- Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills.
- Ability to develop/execute innovative solutions.
- Business acumen and understanding of Compliance/Legal/Med/Reg drivers.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts.

Preferred:
- Master’s degree in business/IT/science.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations/standards; Veeva/Salesforce experience; knowledge of regulations/standards (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
