Manager, Enterprise Applications

Role: Senior Software Engineer, Technical Manager leading enterprise architecture and integration for Insmed's critical business functions, including Procurement, Finance, and HR. Responsibilities: define and execute integration standards, API governance, and scalable architecture across platforms such as Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Workday, and AI tools; lead architectural reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and support AI-enabled workflows. Mentorship and partnership with stakeholders are key. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years in Oracle Cloud integration (OIC) architecture, design, and development; 6+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) and supporting business processes; 4+ years leading enterprise initiatives; experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise security, and AI integrations. Preferred: Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, certifications in Oracle Cloud; familiarity with conversational AI and AI orchestration frameworks.
