Manager, EHS

Role: EHS Manager responsible for developing and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs at the Indianapolis manufacturing site, ensuring compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, incident investigations, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, EHS training, and performance tracking. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, engineering, facilities, and supply chain teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in regulated industrial or pharma environments, with demonstrated leadership in EHS programs, audits, and incident investigations. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations is essential; certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred. High-Value: experience in pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing settings, ideally within cGMP regulated environments; familiarity with hazard management, environmental reporting, and safety training systems. Work setup: based in Indianapolis with up to 10% travel.
