Role Summary
Manager, E&PS Digital Systems Lead. The role is responsible for establishing and driving technology governance for how the E&PS organization utilizes enterprise technology platforms to drive asset management practices, supporting green field and brown field sites, as well as acquisitions and divestitures. Serves as the main FM Systems lead for technologies, establishing standard practices and procedures for all E&PS functions with a focus on project delivery, facility operations, and acquisition/divestiture activity. Represents E&PS on the global Maximo Governance board to drive standardization and a digital strategy for asset monitoring and performance. Requires significant experience with eCMMS (SAP, Maximo) and building partnerships to standardize and adopt eCMMS across J&J businesses.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single E&PS representative on the enterprise eCMMS governance boards
- Support the global E&PS organization through the regional FM COE Management team
- Establish Asset Management technology and technical standards with key E&PS & Business stakeholders
- Drive adoption of standards across E&PS with partnerships in Project Delivery, Facility Operations and Acquisition/Divestitures
- Establish supplier partnerships with OEMs and preferred system integrators
- Support development of the E&PS technology roadmap to maximize asset performance and analytics
- Collaborate across E&PS to support a โONEโ E&PS approach
- Provide guidance and oversight for technology implementations aligned with asset management strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental studies, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong technical knowledge of IBM Maximo & SAP Systems
- Experience deploying eCMMS across a global portfolio
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships (internal and external)
- Strong management, reporting, and technical skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior leaders
- Ability to adapt to emerging trends and innovations
