Position Summary:
Provide enterprise DTC bidding and optimization guidance by setting execution standards, advising teams on performance levers, and scaling cross-brand learnings to improve efficiency, measurement quality, and compliant activation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain paid DTC execution standards, including campaign structuring principles, targeting approaches, and bid strategy guidance.
- Translate DTC strategy into executable platform setup patterns and checklists; advise on design choices and tradeoffs.
- Provide consultative optimization support as the operational point of contact for bid strategy, pacing, and targeting; review performance signals and recommend optimizations.
- Set trafficking and measurement expectations, including diagnosing delivery and tracking issues.
- Enable test-and-learn execution by standardizing experiment designs (A/B structures, bid strategy tests, audience/creative rotation tests), providing templates, and documenting learnings.
- Report performance and learnings via standardized snapshots and readouts; feed learnings back to Agile pods.
- Support compliance and safety aligned to internal governance and FDA standards; flag risk areas and escalate to the Media Buy Lead.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5–7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcare marketing, communications, advertising, or paid media.
- Agency experience preferred, especially bid execution and measurement.
- Strong knowledge of bid strategy, campaign optimization, trafficking, and measurement.
