Role Summary
Manager, Digital Media responsible for elevating Arcellx’s corporate and executive thought leadership through social media channels, editorial strategy, and cross-functional content collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop editorial strategies, curate content, maintain a content calendar, manage reviews, scheduling, distribution, and performance measurement across external platforms (graphics, videos, infographics, long-form articles).
- Manage all external digital platforms (LinkedIn, X, Glassdoor), keeping them up to date with company developments, research updates, clinical trials, investor relations content, and other corporate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create fresh, engaging content representing the company’s innovations and achievements.
- Craft thoughtful communications as an excellent writer and storyteller to engage internal and external audiences and develop a unique POV on topics relevant to the executive team, company, and teams.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in journalism, digital media, public relations (in-house or agency); biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred.
- Preferred: Knowledge of multiple online channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, mobile) with a track record of growing and engaging audiences.
- Preferred: Strong attention to detail, project management, copy editing, and multimedia/visual storytelling skills.
- Preferred: Understanding of SEC and FDA regulations impacting communications.
- Preferred: Ability to take feedback and adapt content quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content.
