Manager, Digital Capability Management, Enterprise Quality Systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for controlled production support and life cycle management for applications (COTS & Custom Applications) used by Enterprise Quality Systems within Global Product Development & Supply; primary application initially SmartQC.
- Accountable for day-to-day operational support to help the business scale; improve key performance indicators affecting efficiencies and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with business clients, IT Business Partners, and other IT functions to deliver digital capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical system functionality is operational.
- Support laboratory computer systems remotely worldwide.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in supported systems.
- Provide user training as needed.
- Comply with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements and regulations.
- Demonstrate a track record of fast-paced implementations and the ability to collaborate with technical and business process stakeholders.
- Lead medium-sized projects and enhancements.
- Continuously learn new features and maintain technical competency to communicate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations; experience with LIMS or SmartQC.
- 5 years’ experience in Laboratory Systems; comfortable with business and technical processes.
- Strong commitment to technology and passion for healthcare.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies.
- Works independently on most deliverables; participates in decision-making.
- Knowledge of SDLC and CSV.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
- Project management experience; agile and scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills; understand business needs and drive user experience/adoption.
- Experience working with system administrators and end users/customers to configure/develop functions based on business requirements.
- Experience in a laboratory environment; ability to relate to lab personnel issues.
- Deep analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
