Manager, Digital Capability Management, Enterprise Quality Systems
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for controlled production support and life cycle management for COTS and custom applications used by Enterprise Quality Systems (primary: SmartQC).
- Manage day-to-day operational support to scale the business and improve key performance indicators and customer experience.
- Collaborate with business clients, IT business partners, and IT functions to deliver digital capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical system functionality.
- Remotely support laboratory computer systems worldwide; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide user training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements and regulations.
- Lead medium-sized projects and enhancements; demonstrate fast-paced implementations.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree in Science or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations; experience with LIMS or SmartQC.
- 5+ yearsโ experience in Laboratory Systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC and computer systems validation (CSV).
- Project management skills; experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving; deep collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Strong communication; able to lead initiatives for continuous improvement/new technologies.
