Manager, Digital Capability Management, Enterprise Quality Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for controlled production support and life cycle management for enterprise quality systems applications (COTS & custom), primarily SmartQC.
- Manage day-to-day operational support; improve KPIs and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with business clients, IT business partners, and IT functions to deliver digital capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical system functionality.
- Remotely support laboratory computer systems worldwide; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide user training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements.
- Lead medium-sized projects/enhancements; demonstrate fast-paced implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Science or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations; experience with LIMS or SmartQC.
- 5 yearsโ experience in Laboratory Systems; comfort with business and technical processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC and CSV.
- Project management experience; agile and scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication; ability to understand business needs and deliver best user experience/adoption.
- Experience configuring/developing functions with system administrators and end users.
- Analytical/logical problem-solving; collaboration across teams.
- Ability to lead initiatives for continuous improvement/implementation of new technologies; works independently on most deliverables.
