Manager, Development Program Management

Role: Development Program Management Lead supporting drug development programs from preclinical to commercialization at Regeneron. Responsibilities: drive strategic planning, track program timelines, budgets, and risks; facilitate cross-functional alignment; manage project planning tools; communicate status; escalate issues; build cross-departmental relationships; support conflict resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years project management experience; familiarity with drug development and cross-functional teams; sound judgment; receptiveness to feedback.
