Manager, Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Analytics

Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to address priority demand forecasting and supply chain analytics questions (from problem identification through hypothesis testing and presenting findings to leadership).
- Develop and maintain forecasting and decision-analysis models (predictive and prescriptive analytics across the supply chain), leveraging machine learning, statistical, and quantitative methods.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain analytics tools using best practices for analytics DevOps; proactively manage planned and ad hoc analytics requests.
- Operationalize, interpret, and maintain models using MLOps and analytics reporting best practices.
- Strengthen partnerships across GPS Analytics and GPS stakeholders; collaborate with Commercial Analytics and other BI&T/Data Science groups and cross-functional partners (e.g., Commercial, Procurement, Finance).
- Ensure analytics deliverables, standards, quality, and timeliness; communicate model limitations.

Qualifications / Experience (Minimum; Advanced degree preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, engineering, finance, or other quantitative field.
- Experience with applied machine learning, statistical models, time-series modeling, and/or quantitative forecasting.
- Production/operational experience with SQL, Python and/or R; large datasets; data architecture/database concepts; version control.
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).
- Predictive modeling and MLOps; probabilistic methods (Monte Carlo, Bayesian methods).
- Experience with major GPS applications (SAP, LIMS, Infinity, MES, Aera).
- Strong critical thinking and communication/collaboration in a matrixed organization.

Preferred / Plus
- Life sciences/pharma experience; Generative/Agentic AI experience.
